Verifying it's you

Support may ask limited questions to confirm you control the account's email address. We will never ask for your password (Keld has none), a sign-in code, or copies of identity documents.

About forwarding confirmations

Forwarding a booking email sends that email and its attachments to Keld, where it is parsed for your review. Nothing joins a trip until you accept it. Forwarded messages may contain information about other people (like travel companions); make sure you're comfortable storing it.

How your data is protected

Vault contents and documents you mark sensitive are encrypted at rest; other content is protected by our provider's storage encryption and access controls. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
